In practice since 2018 and a strong belief in the transformative power of design, our aim is to change how people think about architecture and design – offering a new perception of spaces we inhabit daily. Our dedicated architects, engineers, interior experts, graphic designers, MEP specialists, visualisation & production experts, and various other professionals design unique commercial and residential projects – primarily vertical developments – in major cities across the country. Our projects, while customer-centric, are also contextual to existing conditions. The skill of our in-house team is evident from the exceptional designing of all projects launched by Zameen Developments. Architecture
Creative and technical excellence lies at the core of our architecture and design practice. We have a dedicated team of 25 architects registered with Pakistan Council for Architects and Town Planners (PCATP) as well as international associations. Informed by experience, the architects understand client visions, promote human experiences, use resources smartly, and conceptualise high-performing structures. Whether designing residential, multipurpose, or urban planning projects, we focus on prioritising client requirements, exploring innovative ideas, and delivering efficient & sustainable solutions.
Engineering
We believe in supporting intelligent designs with innovative executions. Following that direction, we implement value engineering in all projects. Comprising 50 Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)-registered engineers, and draftsmen, the team is equipped with the knowledge to handle projects of different scope and nature. The team designs in line with international codes and standards, including American Concrete Institute (ACI) & International Building Code (IBC) for structure and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), & Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) for MEP. Also equipped with local knowledge and experience, the team identifies opportunities to improve structural performance while keeping costs manageable and prioritising improved user experiences.
Interiors
Our interior designing team specialises in offering holistic solutions, including custom furniture, lighting, and art procurement through a range of trusted specialist vendors. We produce mood boards with diverse colour palettes, textures, illustrations, materials, and artwork that can help design creative spaces for every lifestyle and personality. Our work is essentially at the crossroads of environmental psychology, timeless design, and sustainable living – complimented by modern trends. We are committed to producing aesthetically sound interiors that express the interrelationships between color and materials, architecture and form, and space and place, with the ability to adapt to a wide range of users.
3D Visualisation & Animation
Our production house featuring 50+ professionals, including graphic designers, production artists, animators, and other digital design experts, translates unrealised architecture into photorealistic views and tri-dimensional models. Using high-end software and hardware, we create immersive experiences for evoking emotions and encouraging actions. The visual and 3D artists also prioritise communication with the rest of the team, along with collaboration with international production houses, to achieve highly realistic translations of a client’s property vision.
Project Management
Our unmatchable dedication ensures tangible and successful conclusions to our clients’ visions and our team’s creative efforts. The team includes foreign-qualified and highly experienced project managers, construction managers, planning engineers, quality assurance (QA) engineers, site engineers, quantity surveyors, and land surveyors – all registered with PEC. Supported by latest construction methodologies, high-end software & tools, and standards of International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), all experts work in coordination to maintain quality of work while meeting stipulated deadlines.
