Overview
Breaking away from our usual vertical developments, Zameen Ace Homes are town houses located in DHA Phase III, Islamabad. The concept of these single-family units was aimed at offering ultimate personalisation to the homeowners.
To begin designing something creative and contextual, we started by conducting a survey of the locality to determine what kind of elevations users demanded. Concluding the survey, we finalised five elevations, which included four modern-type and one traditional-type.
To offer personalisation of the homes, we created 13 types of plans where the clients could choose options for façades and layouts as per their needs. It is important to mention that each elevation was designed uniformly. Therefore, a modern facade comes with modern interiors and a traditional one with traditional interiors.
